Notable Moments

  • This page is a list of the accomplishments/notable moments from the Mark of Tyranny campaign, for both the edification of the party and a list of those that would be interesting to see in cartoon form. Arranged as best as possible in chronological order.

  • Lyssandra accidentally asking a one eyed innkeeper for a room in Primordial, which he misunderstood as a dire insult in elven.

  • The party chasing down Folketh Tsalaxa at an alchemist shop, who fled, throwing alchemical weapons behind him as he ran. When caught, he commited suicide by ingesting a psionic bomb potion, and attempted to take the party with him.
  • Leta and Lyssandra becoming Champions of the Arena by beating the current team champions, Slice and Bite. Slice and Bite invite them over for dinner, and reveal that they had been bribed to kill the party, but weren’t going to. Bite gives the party each a small carnivorous plant to care for.
  • Leta pretending to be Folketh, talking to mercenaries of House Tsalaxa who were hired to burn the Arena District and the Severed Arm Inn, while Lyssandra ran to warn the Dragonborn Arena Master and the Gladiators.

  • Leta slipping and falling on a blood covered table in Under-Tyr.
  • Leta slipping and falling on a slope covered in grease.

  • Leta falling off a moss-covered lever made for a giant several times.
  • Leta and Lyssandra taunting a Silt Elemental and then capturing him in 3 vials. Waffles then terrified the Silt Elemental into silence, and has been guarding it ever since.
  • Leta and Lyssandra tackling a demogargoyle off a building, wrapping it up in several ropes, then trying to escape Under-Tyr with it. Leta got trapped in a burlap sack, and Lyssandra ended up pulling a wagon by herself with the monster in the back to the Arena district.
  • Leta and Lyssandra breaking into the Ziggurat of Tyr.
  • The party speaking with Tolbert Flamegrind, a six inch tall flame elemental that constantly tried to annoy them and throw fireballs.

He refused to give his name, but took the name “The Dragon”, thinking working at the arena meant he needed an impressive name.
  • A swarm of Z’tal charged the party, knocking them down. Waffles managed to talk them down, and they bowed to him as their new leader.
  • Lyssandra’s arm started to necrotize. Leta and Cha’ka started to panic, and signalled Harzen while Cha’ka ran to get wine, thinking it could help. Lyssandra used Arcane Defiling, stopping the necrotizing, but as she did that, Cha’ka ran by, clutching two giant jugs of wine. Mr. Bread and a bunch of other dwarves ran by, yelling “Stop thief!”. The party threw gold at the dwarves, which prompted all of them but Mr.Bread to stop. Leta jumped in a barrel and started rolling it after Mr.Bread and Cha’ka, and Lyssandra hopped on the barrel, running on top of it. They caught up to Mr.Bread, fell on him, and gave him a gold. Leta, now dizzy, fell into a jug of the wine, while in fox form. Lyssandra and Harzen, who just arrived, climbed up on top of a nearby alchemist shop to take potshots at Kestrekel. Harzen then accidentally blew up the shop, launching him out of the city.
